O&M of secondary dedusting system. Ensure trouble free working of " Secondary De-dusting System" of SMS-1 to maintain statutory emission norms. Secondary de-dusting system collects dust generated from BOF
5 and Mixers during steel making. 1.0 Preventive, Running/Breakdown Maintenance and major shutdown jobs of Secondaryde-dusting system is required to achieve above goals. 1.1 As per job requirement necessary Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation Maintenance activities to be carried out on daily basis in all shifts for smooth running of all equipment /sub-system/devices etc. 1.2 Necessary skilled manpower as per the job requirements to be deployed in all shifts . 1.03 Daily operation, maintenance and Inspection activities to be registered in Log Book and to be included in Daily report in soft copy. 1.04 Provision of general consumables and all tools and tackles needed for carrying out Operation and maintenance jobs . 1.05 Housekeeping of ESP, ID fan area and their peripheral areas. 1.06 Maintenance of hoist / telphers installed at ESP roof top . 1.07 Follow and fulfil all safety and Maintenance guideline as per Operati *
