Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Lifts (06 Nos) and Escalators (18 Nos) for Phase 1B for three Years in JMRC. The contractor shall be responsible for routine preventive maintenance (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Yearly schedules) and breakdown/corrective maintenance on a 24 hours x 7 days basis during the Contract period. The contractor shall engage and deploy well-trained and competent technical personnel to ensure regular preventive maintenance as well as corrective/breakdown maintenance.
